Breast feeding

Just wondering, I want to breast feed when my babies here but I have flat nipples will my nipples change so that I can breastfeed

Try a shell. It will make your nipples protrude for the baby to latch. If you use a shield from the very beginning your baby will most likely only latch to that.

Yeah and I agree the lactation nurse will help u with that...I read about it in a what to expect book...plus I don't have hardly any nipples and i did it for a couple weeks with my daughter and no problems.

You can always try a nipple shield. I suggest talking to the lactation consultant before or right after you give birth, while still in the hospital. Also try taking a breast feeding class ahead if possible, your hospital should offer it.
