Breast feeding

I'm honestly more scared about the pain from breast feeding more than I'm scared of labor!

They have nipple butter. I would put that on just to help soothe them and keep them from cracking. Also they have gel pads definitely  get some of them! but you will only be sore for a week or so! No worries just focus on your baby :D

If baby has a correct latch, it doesn't hurt. It's only uncomfortable for the first week. Ask to see a lactation consultant before you leave the hospital. You can also see if there is a breastfeeding support group in your area.

Nipple shields are not used while nursing. You use them to help shape your nipple so it's easier for baby to latch correctly.
