Brownie or cake mix!!

Yum!! I want it soo bad!! Is there any kind of cake mix or brownie mix that comes in a box that does use eggs? I would kill to eat the mix from a bowl but worry that the eggs would be no good for me..

Suggestions?

If it's pasteurized it's fine raw, just double check the package to make sure they are.

You just mash the banana before you add it, get the ripest ones you can so it's easier to mix up. You can bake it with the banana, and it adds a little bit of banana flavor but not huge, it compliments chocolate cake and brownies surprisingly well. My sister is a vegan so she taught me that trick :)

Really?!?!? I have never heard of that!! Sounds awesome!! Needless to say I'm heading to the store tomorrow now for cake mix and bananas!! Thanks!! Question- does it tAste a little different? I suppose would need to use a mixer instead of fork? Could you cook it with bananas too? I just want the mix but nice to know

You can replace the eggs a recipe/box kit calls for with bananas :) I ate SO MUCH cake batter with my daughter lol, I just used half a banana instead of 2 eggs
