CONFUSED conception date??????

Ok I'm gettin really confused. My due date is june 11 I turn 31 weeks today. The last time I remember having intercourse was SEPT 4 early morning.... BUT my first ultrasound done october 27 put me at 7 weeks 3 days, putting conception around sept 19.I have 28-30 day cycles very regular. IS SEX FROM SEPT 4 WHAT GOT ME PREGNANT?? IS THE DATE TOO FAR OFF?

Yeah it's unlikely it's September 4th, especially since that was an early scan and babies that early follow a very specific development pattern so early ultrasounds are pretty accurate. It would have to be around the Sept. 19th date. My due date is June 18th and I'm pretty sure I conceived either Sept. 25th or 27th.

I asked the u/s lady and she told me the conception date given is really the day it implanted. Not sperm meet egg. So its def pry from your intercourse on sept 4!

So it is from sex on sept 4???? The us measured my lmp to sept 5, really it was sept 6

Conception date is sperm meets egg, but you can conceive up to around 5 days after you have sex, since sperm can remain alive inside you for that long. But the dates you have seem pretty close to mine...my LMP was September 6th, I wrote it down and I bled heavily for almost 7 days (regular for me) so no mistaking it. When they originally dated me they did it from my LMP, and two separate doctors told me I conceived around Sept. 20, and was due June 12th. It was only early ultrasounds at 5 and 6 weeks that pushed my due date back to June 18th, since the baby appeared a week younger in my ultrasounds the doctors said I just ovulated later than normal. But you always go off the dates on early ultrasounds, which means you were definitely 7 weeks along, your due date is June 12th, and you conceived around September 20th.

Hey im 30 weeks 4 days and due june 15th. My conception date is 23rd of sept and everything is adding up perfectly. So if your due date is june 11th wouldnt that put u at about the 19th of sept?

By the way, I was looking at our dates. 7 weeks pregnant on October 27th means you were actually pregnant 5 weeks (because they add two weeks, dating you from your LMP), conceiving on Sept. 20ish. That's actually the same date an ultrasound told me I was 6 weeks, or had conceived the week after you. I had my first ultrasound after some early bleeding in the ER on Saturday October 22nd, and the baby was so young only a yolk sac could be seen, not even a fetal pole. By the 6 week ultrasound she was there. Here's a website for you that might be helpful, as you see, that early the baby follows a really specific development pattern. If you had actually been 9-10 weeks, conceiving in very early September, your baby would have appeared very different on ultrasound and they would have dated you being further along.

I am due June 15th and my conception date is September 24th. So that puts yours at approximately September 20th

And my LMP was September 9th. Also a lot of people don't realize sperm can survive up to a week max and they measure how.many weeks you're at from you LMP but your ovulation is actually about 2 weeks after you period.

Thank you all very much!! :) as it gets closer and I read more posts its a litle confusing.  I know I bled september 6th, it was a normal period but everytime I read more and more I question everything. The sure vthings I know are the dates of the scan.

Could the dr and ultrasound be that much off???

Its only an estimation of when you conceived! They go by how the baby develops when doing the date scan. I questioned my doctor about this to because the due date he gave me says I conceived
Nov 12th. The last day of my period was Nov 11th.

Would somethin be seriousl wrong with the fetus if it measured that far off at only 7 weeks?
