Cold and Flue, what can i take?

Im 6 weeks 4 days and i have a horrible cold, congestion and sore throat and of course im tired all the time! I was just wondering if it is safe to take things like paracetamol or beechams flue plus or lemsip etc when you're pregnant?

I might see my doctor but not sure if he will be able to prescribe anything.
Any ideas ladies?

I was warned off anything besides Tylenol, including the Cold and Flu variety because it has added ingredients besides just the acetaminophen.  Call your doc and see what he tells you is safe over the counter.

My High Risk OB told me to take Tylenol Cold and Flu (severe) it worked pretty fast and I had no problems at all!

Dont know about lemsips but paracetamol is fine
