Confused and sad

I am 24 i am ftm on march and on 24 april i had an internal abortion 1 month later on 22 may i had scan docter said everything fine bt eggs are not enough for period then on june in first week i took test it came postive then we go to docter they cant see anything clearly so she said its too small so come on 24 july then they can see bt today i saw brownish blood kind of thing just a hour ago so idk what is this
i m very sad now i dont no that again i had abortion in evening we are going to docter and i wish everything is fine:-(

Don't stress yourself too much I experienced the same as well nd pinkish blood as well and I'm 16weeks along today. I read that it was normal in the first few weeks because it's implantation bleeding
