Contraction Relief :( ??

Anyone know any relief for contraction pain ughh :(?? I'm 2cm & 80% effaced, hospital sent me home cause I wasn't 4cm yet.

Try a warm hot bath. It helps. When I went into labor I stayed in a hot bath for 3 hours. Then I went to the hospital and had my son an hour and a half later. My labor was very short. Only about 5 hours.

I'm 37+3 with this pregnancy. I was 38 weeks even when my water broke with my son

That suck. I wish they would help labor progress rather than send us home. This pain s u c k. With my son they were going to send me home because I was only 2cm but my water broke before they could discharge me

That's exactly how I am, back pain is Crazy & my bf and mom made go too& they sent me home after an hr.

I'm having lower back and abdominal pain. It *****. My husband keep trying to force me to go to the hospital but I know they will just send me home

I'm 39 weeks& 2days, it started yesterday too, doctor said mild contractions rite now.

Being relaxed and leaning over helps. I only have light contractions :( I'm due today but I don't think my baby will be here for a while.
