Vitamins and suppliments to take.
Hey everybody, I am around 3 weeks pregnant, early days I know but I'm just wondering whether I should start taking any sumppliments or vitamins yet? and if so what should I take?
scratch that I'm 6 weeks counting from my last period. Will be seeing the midwife tomorrow. . .another thing girls I've been having brown discharge for two weeks now, no cramping tho just slight twinges, doc said not to worry unless it gets bright red but I can't help but worry little bit it has been 2 weeks now.
You can take prenatal vitamins before you even conceive so go ahead and get yourself a nice big bottle. I buy mine at Sam's Club because I get more for the $$$.

Regardless you should be taking Pre-natal vitamins with atleast 400-800mcg of folic acid.
