Depression

I'm not far along in my pregnancy but I'm very depressed. Like I've mentioned, the father is in jail and I have no emotional support. I feel like I can't do this. I've never wanted an abortion but I just wish there was some way out of this. I feel helpless and worthless. Idk what to do anymore.

I was in your position. My fiance was in jail from september through February,  I had no support but myself. Its hard, but if I can do it, you can do it. Do you have any contact with him? Now im 34 weeks, hes home now and is still trying to figure out all the changes ive gone through. Stay strong girl. Anything I can do to help, let me know!

You need to tell your doctor about your depression also just take it easy because I'm pretty sure he doesn't want you to kill his baby I'm a teen mom also and a single mom if I can do it I know you can!
