There's nothing you can do while pregnant. When baby is born do lots of skin to skin...have the baby feed when hungry do not supplement with formula. Ithelps bring your milk in. Drink a ton of wwater if that doesn't work there is a prescription your Dr. Can give you
I had my kids vaginally and could not produce breast milk. It's weird because my breasts do grow during pregnancy and they don't go down after I deliver at all. I have tried everything to produce milk, tried pumping for months and medications too.
To add to the above comment .. try breastfeeding without first just incase. A friend of mine had to use them and then thats the only way the baby would eat for the rest or the time and she hated it.
When you have your baby make sure they give you nipple shields it seems like the baby latch on easier with those cause my daughter wouldn't latch on at all until I got those and I agree you have a good chance that you will be able to breastfeed
I couldn't breast feed my daughter, and I had her naturally. When I brought this up to the lactation consoltent she told me only 3% of the woman population cannot breastfeed, and if you add in all the woman who have had breast augmentation it is only 5%, so there is a very good chance you will be able to breastfeed.
