A week ago today, my baby girl was born! Labor started 10 am on Sunday and I had her 4:54 pm on Monday. She's 6 lbs 6 oz and 20.5 inches long. She has a full head of hair and is absolutely gorgeous.

Delivery was rough, she had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck..she panicked and took a big breath, inhaling amniotic fluid causing there to be air bubbles in her chest. After being in the nursery for a few days, she is a healthy baby!! I love being a mommy, I didn't know I could love anyone as much as I love my daughter, Savannah Rose. :)

Scariest thing I've ever been through, they stuck a tube down her throat and had to do chest compressions. She didnt start breathing on her own until about 11 minutes. I never want to have to go through that again.
