Eye color?

My fiance has dark brown eyes, and I have green eyes.
My mom has blue eyes and my dad has dark brown.
His parents both have brown eyes.
So I'm assuming our little girl will have brown eyes?
Or green?

I have that exact same situation except my mom's eyes are green too. My daughter came out with brown like her dad, my son came out with green blue, more in between because sometimes there blue and sometimes there green. It's hard to tell. My step daughter came out with blue eyes from my bf's dad's side. So idk. Just have to wait and see they always suprise you. Lol like my daughter came out with this crazy curly shirley temple hair!! I have no clue why! Everyone in my family and his has straight hair lol so it must've come from far far back. Lol

It used to be thought that brown was dominant,  but that thinking has changed in genetics.  There are 5 genes that control eye color,  and when you toss green in the mix anything can happen.  ;D

Brown is a more prominent gene so the baby will more then likely have brown eyes
