Kailee Susan Edgar Has arrived!

I had my beautiful baby girl on wednesday the 27th of August. it was a very hard labour as she had her spine on mine. Kailee also had her cord around her neck so every time i had a contraction and started pushing her heart rate would drop. they needed to use a vacume to get her out and the first vacume came off her head as the doctor was pulling to hard which left a nasty cut on her head, which is healing well. when she was born they needed to work on her for 10 minutes and it was the scarest 10mins of my life as i thought i had lost her. she stayed in the special care nursary for 2 day but she picked up really well. we got to come home on Friday and i cant imagine my life without her.

Thanks for all the suport during my pregnancy and all the help with the silly questions.

Congradulations on your baby girl! I am so sorry it was not what you have expected or wished your labor and delivery to be, but be thankful she is healthy and happy! My baby was due on August 30th and still no baby yet. Your baby is sure beautiful though! Enjoy her for all of us that don't have ours yet.
