Finally in labour

Finally after almost 40weeks I'm in Labour. But I'm still questioning it. This morning when having breakfast, I felt a discharge and saw that it was my mucus plug(probably) but I am still not having any contractions until bow but they are so painful I couldn't describe, it starts from my lower back and goes forward then down and I have to pee.it seems real but the timing in jumbled up like BH contraction.so the question is am I in real labour and my water haven't burst yet. My husband is not home for sometime and I want to be asolubely sure before I call him back. And anyway any suggestions for the pain,in am now squatting against the birth ball with a heat pack and a bowl under me(not the best way but it helps) thanks guys

If u have doubts go to the hospital !! I felt the same way with baby # 1 and they sent me home despite the pain, telling me that I wasn't dilated enough to stay at the hospital or being induced .
I went back 3 times , in 3 days and they finally took me in on my third visit , I just couldn't take the pain Anylonger !!
So if in doubt go to the hospital , they will check and see if u are dilated !

Good luck !
P.s. I'm right behind you , I'm having my c-section tomorrow , I'm so nervous ! I'm 39 weeks !
