Who said no? Lol I just got asked & I was like no.

Ahh! No way homie I'm good on all that, I don't want the shot to make me sick cuss I know I'll be miserable if I get sick from the shot..

Is it bad that I said no?

Usually when I'm not pregnant I would get it but I don't my body to react differently while pregnant.

I didn't get the flu shot. And when you get the flu shot you CAN get sick from it since they are injecting the virus into your system. I got the tdap shot and did the gestantional diabetes teat and that's it. I declined everything else.

I got it because pregnant women are more prone to getting sick and I don't want to put my baby in harm. normally when I get it I would get sick, but when I got it while I am pregnant I had no side effects at all. I have always felt that getting sick while pregnant is not a good thing, so I would atleast try preventing getting the flu! good luck.

The flu shot is very important when your pregnant. Not just for baby but for you as well. Pregnant women fall into the high risk category and although some people have mild cases of the flu there are also a good number of people who die every year from it and there is no way to know which group you'll be in. Also the flu shot cannot and will not make you sick. If you fall ill after getting the shot it's because you were already exposed to something beforehand and your immune system is working overtime.
