Food Options

So I'm looking for more options to add to my daily lunches. What have you all had that was a healthy choice that you could pack for lunch? I cannot have any nut based products as I work in a preschool and kiddos may have allergies. But I need a few more options than my regular yogurt, cheese, fruit, veggie, etc. I do have access to a microwave and a refrigerator if that helps :) Thanks ladies!

Homemade veggie pizza on whole wheat crust, make it at night and it re heats great...soups are good, and diff. kinds of salads. Pasta salads are good too, and if you use whole wheat noodles its healthier carbs. I love cottage cheese with fruit...to keep fruits and veggies interesting try diff. kinds of dips, hummus, yogurt dip etc...hope it helps ;)

Sweet potatoes with a little be of sour cream and green beans off to the side is good. You can crock pot the sweet potatoes while you are at work and heat them up the next day. Wraps are also fun to make and bring. Google lunch wraps there are a lot of great varieties out there. :)

Thanks! I just don't want to get bored with eating the same things and tempt myself to go out for lunch instead. I still have 16 weeks to go!

I love tomato sandwiches on whole grain with a bit of salt and pepper, may seem odd, but I have loved it since I was a kid (obviously you make it at lunch time) But I east mostly what you have already stated : /

I did Salad at work, healthy choice Panini ( but I watch the sodium content )
I lived on grapes, cubed cheese and crackers for the longest
Soups
They are the only quick on the go things I would eat while at work : )
