Gummy Prenatals Question ??

if I take the gummy vista fusion prenatals how much of a iron supplement would I have to take with them ?

Usually DRs will let you know how much iron you need, I take a normal prenatal with DHA & iron but I supplement with 1 iron pill , 2 times a day also (recommended from my dr)

The information should be on the label. I've never seen a prenatal or multivitamin that didn't have iron. Of it's a prescription, talk to your doctor.

That something you ask your doctor. It depends on your weight if you need extra iron things they'll be able to accurately and safely tell you.
