If you are breastfeeding, you might find that the weight does not "just fall off" as some women say it does. There are apparently some women for whom this is true, and others for whom it is not. For some women, the body holds onto the extra weight until nursing is over, so you won't deplete yourself. (A biological adaptation to keep the species going, I've read.) After my son was born, I actually gained a bit, and nothing came off until I was done breastfeeding, which for me was 18 months.
try eating a healthy low cal high protein diet and exercise sometimes it take time for your body to get back to where it was before and sometimes it never goes back fully atleast in my case it didnt but I was grossly overweight before when i got pregnant and delivered my frist three hopefully this time it will sseeing as i lost 155 lbs before getting pregnant this time good luck., you can always try weight watchers or something along those lines Good LUCk
