Heartburn

I am 5 weeks along and I am having major heartburn. What else can I take besides tums?

pepto is not safe. it has bismuth in it and that's not good for the baby.

Sounds weird but i started cooking with coconut oil and my heartburn reduced a lot!

Swallowing a pinch of fennel seed curbs my heartburn for up to 12 hour.  Good luck!
