100% normal. I started feeling it all at 5 weeks. It ***** but the normal things everyone says to do is to sip water through a straw, ginger ale, try to keep things down, keep cool. Sometimes being too hot will make you sick. Unfortunately nothing will stop the gas, urination & joint swelling. It's pregnancy lol :( just try to relax. We all go through it. Welcome to motherhood. (:

Saltine Crackers With Natural Ginger Ale Relieves The Sickness , There's Not Really Anything You Can Do About The Bloating , I Had All Of Those Symptoms At 6 Weeks Up Until 14 Weeks .

Very normal dear. Take some Tylenol (Acetaminophen). Welcome to motherhood!  :) Warm (not hot) baths can also help!
