Home pregnancy Test

Has anyone had home pregnancy twice after embryo transfers on there 5th and 7thday and come back NEGATIVE? Should I be worried? Or wait for the actual bloodwork on the 29th? Does that mean I am not pregnant or the HCG level hasn't hit my urine>

You're testing too early.  They schedule the blood test when they do (it is more sensitive than urine tests) because this is the first day it reliably will give an answer.  Urine tests, being less sensitive, can't be taken a week or more before the scheduled blood tests and be relied on to be accurate.
