Any mommy's that didn't have an epidural?

Could any ladies please share what your experience was like without an epidural or IV meds? Did you regret it? How was it? I don't want any pain meds and really want to hear how your experience was.

With me it was the best experience ive ever had. I always wanted a natural delivery with no meds.
With my first they forced me to get the epidural.  But my second i did it without any meds and i would do it again without meds.

i went all natural with both my labours and plan on doing it again, u just need  to focus and stay strong, yes it is painful but then its worth it in the end, just keep your eye on the prize and u can do anything,

I had IV meds with my first and I've always regretted it, it was an awful experience. So I went natural this time it was amazing and totally worth it. My next I will definitely do natural again. All you need to do is have a good support team, focus on something during contractions, and DO NOT FIGHT THEM. Fighting them is what hurts the worst.
