How much stress is TOO much stress?

So I got a bit emotional (or a whole entire lot) because I couldn't find my scorpion motorcycle gloves. I was gonna go to Walmart for some Nutella and Prenatal Vitamins. & I just could not find them. My mom said she might've accidentally thrown them away. I cried. And I was bitter and angry. And then suddenly I relaxed and decided to sleep it off. As I was coming to bed I was gonna plug in my iPhone and bam. I misplaced it then got all chaotic again. I get angry, suppress my emotions then cry then lash out in anger and wanna throw everything out the house till nothing is left except the item I'm looking for!  Now my stomach hurts and so does my head. Do episodes like these affect the baby?

Lol yeah I'm a emotional wreck. Anger management is a possibility.

It's not going to hurt the baby as much now as it will if you act like this regularly when the baby is here.  If this is a pattern in your life, not just in your pregnancy, see about getting some anger-management tools now, and practice them now.  Kids don't deserve parents who can't CTFD.

Stress can hurt the baby but it takes a lot to. Me and my boyfriend fight so bad all the time now bc I'm so hormonal! I get cramps afterwards sometimes but other then that everything is okay with the baby. Its normal to get crazy every now and then especially being pregnant now! I think you'll be okay just try and take it easy if it keeps happening a lot

They say extreme stress like death of a loved one. Can cause problems. But I think your fine. Hormones can make you stress over little things.
