10.1!!! oh my goodness how sweet :) yeah this will def be do able if you can do it!
I had my first naturally and he was a whooping 10.1lbs and 23in long and I am so ready to go naturally with this one too! Its tough but try to find a focus point, I kept telling myself its almost over lol good luck!
thank you ladies :) I hear it is so beautiful and rewarding! it makes me excited because i have one job during labor and that is to get baby out no matter the pain. I am also high risk, so unless its recomnended that I don't, than I really would like to :)
I had a med free induced labor with #1 up until they rushed me for a csection. #2 was a vbac. natural labor, and I had absolutely nothing for pain. 8.5 hours of labor, 3 pushes, and a big 8lb 8oz boy was here! Having #3 in March and will be going all natural again. Its amazing!!
I just had gas and air with my baby boy, it is extremely painful, I've never felt anything like it but before and during I was determined to not have any drugs and just kept thinking it'll be over soon and it worked out. I had a back labour which is normally more painful than a normal labour. But my labour only lasted 3 hours so I didn't really feel the pain for a long time. Stay positive ladies :)
I'm hoping to try natural birth... possibly going in the water to help with pain relief along with gas and air... my friend says it's as painful as you make it... If you believe you will need a lot of pain relief you will use it and need it... I'm going to have in my head every pain I go through its taking me one step closer to meeting my baby. Hoping that will get me through.
Holy crap. Cruel is tossed in there twice. I give up on this phone. Sorry ladies!
*my actual baby. I don't know what is up with my auto correct lately.
I'm 27 weeks at the moment and I've decided to try and have a natural birth as well (even though being "high risk" makes doctors want to fight that choice tooth and nail, it seems, even if the high risk has nothing to do with my and cruel baby and cruel nd my pregnancy has been basically perfect so far). I agree, we were made for this, so I'm positive it's doable as long as no emergencies arise.
I'm going with the flow! I hope to have her natural but I am not getting my hopes up incase there are last minute changes. Or I end up not being able to take the pain
I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant ftm and I also would like to do a natural birth. Some mothers I know say I'll change my mind once I feel the pain, and others say it's possible. So I'm still unsure.
I'm considering a natural water birth. We'll see.
