Drink lots of water! I'm also 17 weeks.  Happens to me alot.  Its just because or bodies are pumping alot more blood now. Eat good foods and stay hydrated. That should help some

It's normal! I get that feeling a couple times a day, it comes so strong it makes my phone feel too heavy to wen hold. Your blood volume increases in pregnancy and it can cause changes like this. It's normal, but if you're worried talk to your doctor at your next appointment.

I get it all the time. Idk how far along you are but your heart rate is suppose to go because your body is taking care of the baby. Mine will literally start beating like I ran a mile or something just going to the bathroom. Read the week to week this app has and see if it's normal.
