I love love juice! I was wondering if anyone knew if Crystal Light was ok to drink while pregnant?

If you get the natural crystal light it doesn't have aspertame in it.

I was told to never drink it while pregnant. I cant remember if it has aspertame or something else bad for you. I cant say for sure but i agree with the first comment. Good luck and happy pregnancy :)

Yes it's safe!! That's all I drink now, no carbs in it. Which is good because my gestational diabetes. I totally knocked out pop and just have the pink lemonade or regular lemonade crystal light!

Read the label and if you see a ton of chemicals or things you can't understand the name of, be wary.  When I was pregnant I made the rule that if I didn't know what was in something, I wouldn't eat it.  (There went sugarless gum.)   Labels that merely say "Contents: 100% orange juice" are the kind of thing you want to be drinking.  Then all you have to worry about is getting too much sugar.  lol
