CAN MY CHILD FATHER SIGN OVER HIS RIGHTS BEFORE THE BABY GET HERE?
If u don't go after child support and he doesn't sign the birth certificate he has no rights anyway unless he pays to go to court and get a DNA test
You don't have to even acknowledge him as the father until he signs the birth certificate. If he wants nothing to do with you baby then I wouldn't even worry about it. Don't put him on the birth certificate and just move honey
Based on what I've read, you can't terminate rights to a non living person. Meaning, until your child is born, they don't consider it a person yet. Also, again depending on where you live, most judges will not allow a child to be raised by a single parent. There needs to be someone to adopt your child in the father's place if he is to terminate righrs. However, because yours is in jail, there may be a way around that depending on his charges and how much time he will be doing. You can call a lawyer and ask them what the process entails, they usually will answer a few questions over the phone or offer free consults.
I don't think he can. You would probably have to call your court house or an attorney an ask them. Since he's in jail it may be a different situation. They may be able to have him sign them over once the baby Is born if he is willing to.

Where I'm from you have to prove he's the.father through dna first and if he signs his right's away he has no commitment to support the child including child support
Right that's what I want for him to sign now I wrote a letter for him to sign and I will get it notarized but idk if that will work.
He in jail and will be when my child is born I'm in Georgia now but I want things taking care of before I move back home to Tennessee
