wot do these feel like and do they occur after wot was ment to be a period as i am 12 days late ant help out there plz .

i have and it was negative it was only a cheap test n wa las week im guna test again next week but i do now think i hav had implantation pains as u av described them thanks 4 ur help .

Implantation cramps, I've heard, feel like slight menstrual cramps, and usually last only 1-2 days. It usually happens maybe a week after ovulation, not when a period was supposed to happen. If you're 12 days late, I would definitely test soon! Good luck!
