My wife scan report shows these things pls help us regarding this.
Maternal information:
Bulky uterus with homogeneous myomertical echoes,Both ovaries are normal,No adnexal and fluid seen
Fetal survey:
Intra uterine ges sac seen,Sac margins apear normal,MSD 13 MM dia corros to 5 weeks 3 daysGA, Yolk sac seen and cardiac activity not visualized.
Is everything is normal

Its very common to not see a heartbeat at 5 weeks 3 days.. go back in around 7 weeks. Baby is just to small at 5 weeks. I myself have had an ultrasound around 5 weeks and they couldnt see anything. Went back 2 weeks later and seen the baby and the heartbeat

At 5 weeks 3 days GA (which is only 3 weeks 3 days since presumed conception), it is not unusual to fail to visualize cardiac activity.  Go in when she is 7 or 8 weeks GA (in other words, in three more week after the last ultrasound) and you should see a heartbeat.

Thanks But doctor says heart beat should be visualized by this time and she is not feeling any symptoms of pregnancy.
