Ugh, sorry to hear. Ya, pregnancy takes it out of you and when you have other young children . . . you feel exhausted, I'm sure. Is your 6 year old still in school for a bit longer? Maybe if you can get your 18 month old to nap during that time--- you can sneak a rest in there too. Or ask your partner to take over parenting duty so you can head off to bed early. Or maybe your mom, sister, aunt or a friend could come over and watch kids that are home while you take a nap. Just trying to problem solve for how you can get a little EXTRA rest knowing that it is so hard! Hopefully when 12 to 13 weeks hit, your energy level will go back up.
