I posted some names over at your post on +35 forum
i have the same thoughts about names as you do...im stuck though....i asked my fiance about it and he said that he is picking out 3 names we agree on and when she is born we will pick the one that fits...he says "how can you name somebody you havent met or seen" ....guess im waiting until i deliver to find out her name :/
I have the same thoughts about names, it being something respectable in case they climb the corporate ladder or whatever haha. I'm naming my child Anna Jayde.
It's rather amusing actually, two years ago I had a dream that at this point in my life I'd be having a baby girl and I'd name her Anna, well when I found out I was pregnant I considered Anna if I did have a girl but wasn't too certain and I really wanted to acknowledge my grausmama....when I found out her name was Anna as well I figured it was a sign! Not to mention she is such a sweet, caring, graceful woman :) And Jayde I always thought was cute, and figured it might be nice for my child to have something unique to go by if they don't like Anna while in their "teen phase" lol!
The initials will be nice too, AJR, I just hope she doesn't go by her initials for a nickname "AJ" or something, ugh.
LOL Pamela I think that is funny because (and also along with the comment on Marlee and Me movie--which I have never seen) my little girl is being named Marley Anne Jade lol and I pray to god that she is not obnoxious lol! Mine is a family name though so it won't be so bad! What about Olive?
Well if you went with Elaina (or something similar) then that is similar to Elgin. And Elaina happens to be my oldest daughter's name so I'm quite partial to it. *wink*
I LOVE Olivia and Caleigh. My husband shot those down when we were naming our girls but I just love them. I wanted to name my baby Zoë Olivia but Daddy just wouldn't do my bidding.
