Nightmares
Heyy all, so im nearly 11 weeks pregnant and in the last few nights i have had the most godawful nightmares that are so vivid and i would wake up in hysterics, is this normal during pregnancy?
yep totally normal! i have had a few bad ones... its hard to get back to sleep and shut your mind off after them...really s ucks! My BF keeps saying he is gonna go sleep in the basement cause i s uck to sleep by with me rolling side to side and up to the BR so much but i wont let him cause i dont wanna wake up alone if its a bad one lol he doesnt understand or get it but they can be really freaky! last pregnancy was worse than this one but until im in the clear he isnt sleeping anywhere else!
