Pain in ribs???

Hello all.....just came in to my 3rd trimester with my 3rd baby.  I've been having this pain just below my right breast....in the top part of my ribs. I had the same thing with my first baby and they thought it was gallstones but when I had an ultrasound there was nothing.  So I've been trying to ignore it thinking that it's just muscle pain because everything is so cramped. But I am very uncomfortable.  It's really bad after I eat I assume because I am full and everything gets more cramped.  It seems to calm a couple hours after eating.  It's also really bad at night no mattter how I am laying.  I have to change positions about every 15 minutes throughout the night.  Soooo frustrating!!  Anyone else have this problem or have thoughts on this???

Thanks!!

Wow. I'm 25 weeks 3 days and experiencing the EXACT SAME THING. It is a throbbing, nagging pain right underneath my right breast (and occasionally below my left breast). It seems to get worse as the day goes on and it is tender to touch. I thought it might be my bra that was causing it (pushing in that spot) and then thought it might be because my breasts are MUCH bigger and heavier than before. I was searching for answers myself. Let me know if you find out what's causing this! Hopefully it's just a pregnancy pain! - Heather

I have gallstones and the pain is different usually. It is also under right breast but its like an attack - it gets worse and worse and then you have to take lots of painkillers...I actually have to take it out after the baby is born... For that, you need to avoid certain foods.but if doc says its not gallstones, then I m not sure what else it can be..
