Pain relief class
Just had my class on pain relief. Can't believe how naive I was lol! Guess it's a good thing a plan to go natural! Don't get me wrong... I'm open minded. I'll see how I feel on the day!
How far along are you? Wonder if u can go at any time in your pregnancy? I'm 35+4 days
I'm hoping the water pools gunna help me get though it painkiller free! But Yeah definitely helped! Because you get to bust myths and know actual facts haha! I didn't even know some of the methods of relief. I feel now i know the ins and outs. If id have gone to the hospital without this class I wouldn't have known a thing about what they were offering me!
O cool. My 1st I went natural. Not going to lie it was intense and I was ready to change my mind, but she came out b4 I could.
