TMI LADIES>>> I NEED YOUR HELP

Ladies I'm in need of you advice once again.  This is very TMI an very embarrassing for me.  

Has any one on here ever have vaginal swelling at 30 weeks?  I'm swollen down there... on my outer vagina.  I don't have a smell or abnormal CM so I don't think its a infection.  I noticed tonight when I was walking around Wal-mart that I'm a little sore around my clitoral area.  It was not bad though... just enough to notice.  Is this normal?  Should I call my dr?  Has this happened to any one else?  Please take the poll and leave a comment.  Thanks, Anita

I googled it too an i found a few web sites that said its normal too.  I have never heard of it after pregnancy... but during pregnancy its normal.  Thanks ladies.  It crazy what we go through to have babies. lol.  DAMN YOU EVE!  ( bible referance.) Anita

Oh yes.... I am 35 weeks and My Vag has been swollen and sore for the last couple weeks..... It is completely normal... I think its due to the increased blood flow and constant pressure down there..... another lovely side effect of pregnancy :-)

Omg my vajj was swollen and purple with my first baby my older son. I had to ice it. My baby was 9 lbs and 40zs and 22 inches long. It felt like a hot bowling ball for weeks. It is a very common side affect when babies get into positon. For me it got worse with every pg. I hope you feel better soon.....

I am amazed by everything our bodies go through during pregnancy. I have read most of the posts and have ideas as to what to expect, and I'm thankful when it doesn't happen and grateful when strange things happen and I had read about it earlier.

I haven't had this particular problem, but thanks for sharing in case I do. It sounds pretty painfull!

I too have had this happen in 3 pregnancies. I was told it was normal. If you do notice any signs of infection be sure to get to your doctor.

this has happened to me more then once during this pregnancy. and i mean A LOT of swelling....plus in general all the time i'm more "plump" down there because of the increase in blood flow

i was swollen from 26 weeks on!!

this may not be normal but i actually had this happen a week  & 1/2 after giving birth...it got so bad within 2 days that i couldn't sit down and then i went to my ob to figure it out but he had no clue what was wrong......he told me to wash with mild soap, no douching, and to lye down instead of sitting.......it was gone within a week after my docs. visit ......when i had returned for my postpartum visit he still had no answer as to what went wrong with my body!!!!! please!!!!!!!!!!!! see your doctor as this may be the same that happened to me!!!!!
