Should I Sue

Or leave it alone. ......December 10 2013 I had delivered and lost my 2nd child at 20 weeks again. I had told the doctor that the hospital that delivered my first had diagnosed me with IC. I even went to that hospital to get my files to show her. ...she never placed my stitched. ...I'm pregnant now at 27 weeks BC of the help of my stitch and p17 shots. This pregnancy is showing that if she had followed through with my last child I would have my daughter. ....just so u guys know she is not my doctor this ho around.

Speak with lawyers until one takes your case. My sister in law is going through this right now. They never gave up! A lawyer has finally taken there case & is proving my niece would have survived!

Sorry for your loss. To be very honest to sue someone is a long process especially with a hospital and I don't think you can anymore because to much time has passed already

Thanks everybody. Even if I can't I want to at least get their attention. Its not about money at the end of the day. I don't want what happen to me to go unnoticed and happen to someone else.

It's hard because I know in maine you only as an adult over the age of 18 that you only have 2 years to have a law suit, but a child has 6 this was my dilemma also because I lost both of my children back in June because of something drs could have prevented and yet it was still and is still difficult to get a lawyer. But yet sue if you can get somebody to take it.
