Smoking. :(

I am first time mommy and 23 weeks along. I'm having a really hard time quitting smoking. I want to so badly. Every time I try I get upset about something or stressed out and I cave in. Everyone in my house is a smoker and it just makes it ten times harder to quit. I dont need negative comments or rude remarks. I need tips and advice on what helped other moms quit smoking. Please help!

Just remember that your baby's health is number one priority! Also for me i found it to be the breathing that helped. Go for a walk and just breathe and feel your belly. Connect with your baby and imagine how much better they will be once you've quit.
