If you've unsure or if you've already decided on having a natural birth or if you've not even conceived yet but want to know your options - come and join the new group I just created. If you read the sticky post at the top of the page you'll note that MedHelp is introducing GroupTracks; goal-oriented groups. My group's goal is to achieve natural birth (though we do not judge or condemn anyone whose birth doesn't end the way they thought it would!). It is a group whose focus is to educate and empower women to allow their bodies to do what they can do naturally.

I had an induction last time leading to an epidural because the induction made my contractions awfully rapid. This time I'm hoping for q natural birth...I would also highly recommend watching "the business of being born" on YouTube x

I want all natural - the only question I have is be because of my high bp will it make my bp go higher if I do have a natural birth or not :/ don't know if that will effect me

Good idea! I'm not pregnant and don't plan to have another for a while but I had my son naturally so maybe I could give some insight to what worked for me!

Great idea. I wasn't planning on natural birth but when the epidural failed natural birth it was. I was shocked it didn't hurt the adrenaline rush helps
