I would say yes I am going through a lot of stress. Does it harm the baby? Some studies show that it may depending on the type of stress. Chronic stress can possibly lead to low birth weight and preterm birth. Daily hassles seem to have less of an effect.

If you find coping techniques, that'll help with the stress. Do stuff that takes your mind off things or calms you like crafts, cleaning, reading etc.
