Swollen feet
Im 36 weeks now and my feet are beyond swollen! I drink lots of water sont eat much salt and walk on a regular basis and there still swollen! Anyone know how to stop this? Its really bugging me!
Yeah put ur feet up by keeping 2-3 pillows below ur feet while resting and sleeping. This helps me a lot. Hope this helps u too.
