Swollen feet :(

Any of you lady's have swollen feet/ankles? I work about 40 hours a week and my feet are killing me. What do you guys do to help your aching feet?

oh girl my feet are ridiculous and I don't even know what ankles are anymore -___- Lol I had a dr appt couple days ago she said I have hella water retention and basically all I can do is elevate them.

I do! Their huge. I soak my feet wt salt and bubbles.

Yeah my feet majority swell from work :/ it's so bad and I'm retaining too much water my doctor is talking about bed rest

My feet and my inside thighs swell :( and its not fun when its hot outside dealing with swollen feet and thighs

I walk all the time, and I'm constantly on my feet. I work at Lowes so I'm guessing the floor doesn't help either. :( I'm definitely going to try the ice on my ankles because this is awful. I actually cut my 10 hour shift down to 7 today because of my feet.

With my first pregnancy it was the worst! My heart goes out to your poor feet!! As incredibly ridiculous as it sounds walking regularly helps reduce swelling and prevent swelling in your ankles and feet by increasing blood circulation :)

I do... oy vey. lol I got them real bad one night when I was working overnights and my feet, ankles and calves were swollen... I normally have to lay down, prop my feet up to where my legs are above my heart and put an ice pack under my ankles.. Hope that helps. :)
