Trying to decide on names

We are trying to decide on a name for a girl, should our little bundle be a girl. We are pretty sure it's a girl, just an instinct. We will be finding out on Jan. 23.
Which do you prefer?

I love Sofia too and think Cairo is very pretty and different.  I love different names and Cairo is very feminine.  I feel the other two are kind of unisex  I think both Cairo Sofia or even Sofia Cairo are great though Sofia Cairo has a nice  flow

I think Cairo is a lovely name as it's different. Mackenzie to me comes across as a boys name. One of my friends called their little girl Kenzie. Kacey is also a nice name and goes with Sofia. Have you thought of any boys names just incase? X

How do you pronounce Cairo?
I feel dumb asking that but I have pregnancy brain right now so I'm slightly dumber than usual lol

I like Kinnsley! So, that is what I voted I voted for, however it doesn't really "flow." w Sofia.. Maybe opt for a different middle name? Or switch them around as Joy suggested? Good luck! And Congratulations!

I have never heard Cairo as a name before and think it's just lovely.

I didn't vote on any of the names. I think Sofia is very pretty though! The first names didn't seem to "flow" off the tongue very well with Sofia as the middle name. Maybe Sofia Mackenzie instead of the other way around!

I also chose that name! MacKenzie is a great name! My DH's cousin they named his daughter Sofia Melissa!

i choose mackenzie...even though i like "mckenzie" im not a big fan of names spelt so different that people would have a hard time pronoucing it or reading it.
