im 19+1 today and..

Im 19+1 today and I feel just completley drained of energy. I cant seem to figure out why I havnt done nething. I slept good. I ate breakfast. I just dont know why. Neone know ne pick me ups when this happens?

I'm 20+1 and I feel so tired! I have class right now for an hour and twenty minutes! I hope I have just enough energy to stay awake!

Oh honey if you think It's hard now wait until you hit the 30s....its worse lol....but try eating almonds granola and a few sweets...they don't help a lot but you get a little bump lol....also try adding a few works out or walking and see if that helps

Unfortunately being pregnant drains you. Takes away all your energy, feel tired all the time.

And there's really not much you can do about it. Try having a nap during the day if you can. Sometimes the further you get in the pregnancy, it can go away. But my fatigue never went away with this pregnancy.
