Vitex: has anyone concieved whilst using it?

Hey everyone

so I went to see a natural medicine guy today as I have a friend who saw him, she had been trying to concieve for a yr and half and he gave her vitex and the next month he was pregnant.
I have heavy periods and irregular cycles So I decided to pay him a visit and he told me to take vitex also. I have been doing my research and it says that it balances out your hormones which means less pms symptoms, helps with luteal phase defect etc....

Has anyone used this and had results?

yes vitex is great for woman ttc and if your man  takes l-arginine... the mixture of the both from both sexes are a great mix to help coulpes trying to concieve..i worked in nutrition for many yrs and i gave vitex and arginine to many couples and some worked sooner then others but they all ended up preggo at some pt.. and quicker then they expected..good luck!

Clomid has a 5% chance of muti's but its not common at all,I have also been on them many years ago.the tea just contains other natural ingredients main feature is vitex.tastes diqusting but hey did the drink worked.

I never tried the pill.I was going to but read about the tea.and thought help prepare uterus etc.worth trying.same as pill only drink it from period to ovulation though,same as pill.some will say continue vitex when you have a positive I personally disagree and should stop after ovulation,I then used a natural tiniture called welcome womb,fantastic at preventing mc etc,

Wow that's awesome :-) I'm taking the herb supplement in pill form. What's the difference of the tea and pills?

Clonus gives you a higher chance of multiple pregnacies doesn't it?

Ive used vitex in form of a tea,fertilitea,vitex is much the same as clomid,it does help balance hormones.and prepares your uterus.check out ovusoft has lots of info on this,the tea I swear by,I have a 17 year old and spent nearly 8 years trying,was told IVF was our only option,tried the tea,granted did have numerous mc,not due to the tea,but now have a 8 month old and currently pregnant again,so yes vitex is very good.
