Weight loss while pregnant?

I know it isn't recommended and frowned upon  but I'm sure it isn't killer completely. I want to lose eight because at 2 months pregnant I already gained 6 pounds. Call it selfish. Call it what you will. I do not intend on blowing the heck up. So any suggestions on how to diet? (No not like starve, but what foods to avoid and what portions of what) I should start walking now!

Try eating 4-6small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals a day. I wouldn't suggest only eating twice because after a whole you will be so exhausted from not fueling your body. You are working over time making your little one that you need all the nutrients you can get.

Every pregnant woman has issues about gaining weight & feeling unattractive. That's normal. Other woman should be sensitive to that and not give her negativity because she's genuinely concerned about it. Personally I feel you on this. I've gained 13 pounds with my second baby and I'm only 17 weeks. With my first baby I went from 160 to 215 and it took me 2+ years to get back down. I was finally healthy and fit when I got pregnant again and honestly I'm so afraid of being that big and having to go thru that struggle again. But at the same time I know baby comes first and I won't sacrifice my nutritional needs to stay skinny. My advice to you hun, is to eat healthy. Craving a milkshake? Have some some juicy fruit instead. I know cravings can be a pain but stay strong and when hungry, always eat..just eat healthier. Exercise regularly but of course pregnancy safe exercises and walking daily will help keep fit and keep energy levels up. Nothing wrong with wanting to be healthy during your pregnancy just make sure you don't over do it. Good luck!

I had lamingtons and chocolate for dinner last night. And KFC for lunch. Pretty sure thats worse than fruit lol I eat in moderation tho. My baby is healthy. I'm only a little girl. Weight packs on me if i let it. But while I'm pregnant I don't mind the gaining as long as it's slow and consistent. I do eat healthy, I haven't had many cravings at all which helps. All my cravings so Far have been healthy. Fresh fruit contains natural sugar which is good for U and keeps ur blood sugar stable. U  can eat anything in moderation. Don't cut down to 2 meals a day, u will jeopardise ur babies growth and strength when it is born.

I can acknowledge what everyone is saying. My family is literally trying to sh but I'm currently feeling huge and that's cause my body is BARELY changing. I contemplated on starving for dinner and I'm now gonna eat 2 times a day. I want my baby to be super super healthy but I don't wanna be walking around looking like Kim K did when she got pregnant and that's cause she had a bangin body!
