When I say tree stand I mean the seat kind you strap intonlol.
I'm 8 months and personally shoot shotguns and rifles for targets and hunting. I use .20 and a .17 every weekend without issue although my balance has been off so I just have to brace myself for the kick which isn't very much.
I plan to continue hunting up until labor, and using a tree stand kinda cancels out the risk of your gun knocking you over if you use one like me.
I heard the sound is too loud also.
I don't see a problem with it as long as you aren't climbing up in the stand or the kick back isn't bad.. I'd ask your Dr just in case!
I'm in the same boat, I'll be about 6 months during rifle season and unless I'm having complications I'm going out. My dr told me it's pretty much up to me. If I feel up to it I'll be fine. Just make sure you wash your hands after handling your ammo because of it being lead. There's been a few women in my family that hunted while pregnant and didn't have any issues. Goodluck with whatever you decide hun!
