Yeah. Try munching on something. Or doing on some milk. If it doesn't let up in a bit, you might want to call your doctor. Or, if you think it's your blood sugar, try sipping some orange juice if you have some. Feel better soon. <3

sometimes I am like that after a nap if I went into too deep of a sleep and wasn't ready to come out of it.

I'm 9 weeks. It scared me not only cus of the baby but cus I needed to drive
How far along are you? Maybe you need to munch on something? I know whenever I wake up from a nap, I'm nauseous, a little weak, and just don't feel good. And I'm 31 weeks. Sipping on some water helps me.
