The hospital I will deliver at is not very big so rooms are small. From what other mothers have told me that went there you're only allowed one but I would ask on your walk through of the hospital if you're having one if not ask your doctor
First time just my husband, I dont know how many people were allowed but I had no family near me and his respected our time. This time around it will also be just my husband.
Where I first gave birth it was only 3 and they were very strict I had to write the names down and sign it and those were the only people allowed although I only put my child's father's name down the other two idk how they got on it cause I didn't sign anything sp that pissed me off cause my sister was sick with Sept throat and shouldn't have been there with this one the new hospital I'm in its 4 allowed ask your hospital with my friend she had like 6 people in hers which is too much
Depends on doctor and hospital. I was allowed as many as I wanted. I had 7 extra people & two even stayed in during the epidural.
Each hospital is different just remember that there will also be a few nurses and your doctor as well. I had my husband and aunt in the delivery room and three nurses plus my doctor. It was a big room but it felt so crowded with all the nurses on there
I think it all depends on the hospital , some allow as many people as you want and some only allow 3 . so you would have to ask , with mine i had about 5 people but i kicked out 2 of them lol cause i didnt want them to see anymore it was getting uncomfortable and it was just me my sister my mom and boyfriend .
Who wants a million people in the room while your vagina is stretched out and all bloody lol, I personally feel it's a personal thing. I only had my mom and hubby there and I think it's better that way. It's a beautiful experience. But yes u guess every hospital has a different policy.
Gd luck
When I gave birth to my first the hospital allowed 5-6 people it was a very big room. But I birth at home now so I can have as many people I want ha ha ha.
It depends on the hospital might have to ask your doctor. I'm only allowed 4 people
Yup about 2-3 usually, like someone said some hospitals don't enforce it because when i was trying to push (ended up with a csection baby didn't come out) there were soo many people in my room, I can say about 6 or 7. Make sure you make it clear who you want in your room when it's time to push.
It's typically 2-3. That being said, some places don't have a limit, or don't enforce it. I had way too many (uninvited) family members and friends in the room during my labor the first time (not during the birth though) and I was too busy riding out contractions to be able to focus on yelling at them to get out. It's definitely something that's good to know so you can plan accordingly.
2 is the average/normal. 3 is possible, you doctor will know or. simply ask t he hospital
Depends on the hospital.. Most don't have a limit but I believe mine is only 3 people
Doesn't really answer my question but ok
With my first i had mum and habby in the room amd with this one im planing to habve mum and habby with me..
Good question ftm as well
