Everything is fine with moderation. Meats need to be thoroughly cooked... Including eggs. Limit caffeine to 200 mg, one cup, or one can a day.
The only thing I would absolutely avoid are raw/undercooked meat and some fish because of the mercury but aside from that you can basically eat whatever doesn't make you sick if you get morning sickness
That's kind of something you have to figure out for yourself everyone reacts differently to different foods!
