Please no mean comments as I am scared n confused i am a mother of 5 children ages 5 4 3 2 and 4 months. I'm going back to school in September to finish my last year of school. I will be a paralegal. So my issue is now I just found out I am pregnant again and I'm 9 weeks and I'm due the end of march I don't finish school till April. My children's father has just located to alberta for work so I'm by myself looking after the children. I don't know what to do and at the same time the children I already have are alot of work. And I'm deeply stressed and depressed. This pregnancy has me so tired and emotional. My children's father says he leaves the decision up to me but I'm scared of the abortion procedure and that I may feel guilty afterwards PLEASE HELP

Abortions are emotionally destructive. You will hate yourself.
The only people who dont hate themselves are the ones who wouldnt even think to themselves that it would bother them.
It WILL hurt you because you are already worried that you will feel bad.
But you do have a lot of children and school is important. Think abiut how much you love them and adore them... what if you could give that gift to some one else? Maybe this blessing of yours was to bless some one else. Adoption is always an option.
Please give this life a chance, whether you keep the baby or adopt it you will be satisfied with yoyr decision.
Just remember, the only people who dont regret abortions are the ones who never second guess it.

So. Call me an a**hole, but I'm going to ask two very very blunt questions. You've already had other children, and I noticed you state you are frightened of the proceeedure and know you would feel guilty afterwords. Many first time moms-to-be who have terminated pregnancies have needed extensive and expensive therapy to cope. First of all,  can you cope with a thought similar to "I have aborted/terminated/stopped the heart of my baby because of money"? If you can, I commend your mental strength and resolve even if I disagree. However, if you can't, my second question is can you afford the therapy you would need to function as a wife, mother, student, and employee if you selected to abort? I HIGHLY recommend speaking with a counselor who knows the pros and cons and psychological ramifications well before you make a decision. I wish you all the best in your journey.
